Most recently at MemberPress (CaseProof), a membership and LMS plugin, where I reduced active support ticket volume from 1,200 to 500 in six months by identifying documentation gaps and filling them systematically. Before that, nine years at ThemePunch supporting Slider Revolution, a plugin with over 9 million active installs. Alongside my job search I am independently building two commercial WordPress security plugins — VigiGuard, which is live on WordPress.org, and Enkypt, currently in late-stage development.
